dotXSI is an ASCII format file format defined by
Softimage Co. to store SOFTIMAGEŽ|3D and SOFTIMAGEŽ|XSIŽ scene data.
The current version supports dotXSI files in Version 3.6 concentrating
on: polygon mesh models only, materials without texture, lights, no
animation and scenegraph.
The plan is to provide an implementation which supports all templates
in dotXSI format which can be mapped to java3D objects.
The dotXsiLoader is released with a 1.4.2_03 Java and 1.3 Java3D
compiled archive, sources and is available under license of LGPL.
